Allergy Test

Do you suffer from symptoms such as sneezing, itching eyes, difficulty breathing, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea? It’s possible that these are allergic reactions.

Test your blood sample with our comprehensive allergy test panel. The test panel contains 295 allergens for a precise picture of your sensitivities, including possible cross-reactions.

How does the allergy test work?

After obtaining a blood sample (from the finger – capillary blood), the sample is sent to our partner laboratory in Germany. Here, it is tested for IgE antibodies that are formed against various allergens. The reaction of IgE antibodies to allergens may indicate an allergy.

Does this test check for cross-reactions?

Cross-reactions in allergies occur when the proteins of one allergen are similar to the proteins of another allergen. This may mean that IgE antibodies formed against one allergen can also bind to other allergens and trigger an allergic reaction. For example, a person allergic to tree pollen may also react to apples because these allergens are very similar. The test takes into account many known cross-reactions.

Important to know!

From the perspective of alternative medicine, the causes of allergies are often associated with disruption of the gut microbiome, bodily intoxication from environmental toxins, heavy metals, and other harmful substances. Additionally, medications and vaccines can trigger allergies and severe allergic reactions. A key point of any allergy therapy, besides avoiding the allergen as much as possible during treatment, is further exploration of the causes.

We would be happy to inform you about alternative allergy treatment methods, and you can also find additional information on our website under the section “Allergy and Immune System.”

Advice for parents of babies and young children! Children born by caesarean section have up to five times higher risk of allergies, which alternative medicine links to the lack of mucosal transfer from mother to child during natural childbirth (natural vaccination). If you have babies and young children, do not hesitate to start treating their gut microbiome immediately. Your child will be grateful. Also, check out our website under “Academy – Patient Workshops,” where you can find information about the “Child’s Microbiome Workshop.”
